Kids' Tea Class

Your kids will have a blast, become sophisticated tea drinkers and learn a little history, chemistry, geography, and botany! They will learn about:

• The history of tea
• Potential health benefits
• How tea is made
• The six classes of tea
• Taste several pure leaf and blended teas.

Friday June 14 or June 21 from 3-5pm at LowArts Tea Haven, located at 4630 Merchants Park Circle, Suite 731. $6 per child with the proceeds benefitting the Collierville Animal Shelter. Tea Tasting

For a structured tea tasting that will educate you and train your palette to discern the different classes of teas, consider attending one of our tea tasting events. This is the best way to find your taste in these sensuous, anti-oxidant rich treasures and a fun event to share with friends. You get to learn about tea and taste samples from the six classes of tea:

• Green (Dragonwell, Matcha, and a Flavored Green)
• White (White Peony)
• Oolongs (Wu Yi Oolong and a Flavored Oolong)
• Black (Namring Estate Darjeeling, Classic Assam)
• Yellow Tea (Jun Sjen Yin Zhen)
• Puehr
